14-day refunds on unrevealed keys

If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any licence key you have not yet revealed. After payment, your keys wait safely on your order page behind a "Reveal key" button — as long as a key stays unrevealed, it can be cancelled and refunded in full, no questions asked.

Revealing a key ends the right of withdrawal

A licence key is digital content that is supplied the moment it is disclosed to you — once you have seen the key, it cannot be taken back, resold or reused. For this reason, and as you expressly agreed at checkout (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), your 14-day right of withdrawal for an item ends at the moment you reveal its key. We record the time of each reveal. Keys you never reveal remain refundable within the 14-day window.

If a key does not work

This is different from changing your mind, and it is always covered — even after you have revealed the key. If a key fails to activate through no fault of your own — a wrong key, a version mismatch, or an activation limit — contact us first and we will help you activate it or issue a working replacement. If we cannot get you a working key, we refund you in full, even if the 14 days have passed. Your statutory warranty rights for defective digital content are never affected by the reveal rule above.

How to request a refund

Open a case at our support centre with your order number and, if the key did not work, the error you saw. We answer quickly and will confirm the outcome by email. There is no need to phone or navigate a queue.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund we process it promptly; depending on your bank or payment provider it can take a few business days to appear on your statement. Any VAT charged is refunded together with the price.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside — and does not limit — the consumer-protection rights you have under EU law and the law of your country of residence. Business purchases are governed by our Terms of Service.
