Delivery policy
All products sold through this storefront are delivered digitally. The timing depends on whether a key is already in local stock or must be procured after payment.
Local stock and procure-on-order
Local-stock keys are available immediately after payment confirmation.
Delivery after payment confirmation — usually within a few hours.
Each product page, cart and checkout shows the applicable delivery state before you pay.
Payment and fraud verification
A payment provider or our fraud controls may place an order on hold while payment or buyer details are verified. Delivery begins only after payment confirmation and completion of any required review. The order page shows the current status.
Key access and reveal
Your key is revealed on the order page in your account. Order emails link back to that protected page; licence credentials are not sent in plain text by email.
No physical shipping
Software keys are digital content. There is no parcel, carrier or physical shipping charge.
