Payment and fraud verification
A payment provider or our fraud controls may place an order on hold while payment or buyer details are verified. Delivery begins only after payment confirmation and completion of any required review. The order page shows the current status.
Key access and reveal
Your key is revealed on the order page in your account. Order emails link back to that protected page; licence credentials are not sent in plain text by email.
No physical shipping
Software keys are digital content. There is no parcel, carrier or physical shipping charge.
