A VPN subscription should fit the devices and connections you actually use. Check the supported operating systems, simultaneous connection allowance and subscription duration in the selected product details. Do not assume that every bundle includes the same traffic allowance, server choice or features as a standalone plan. Compare these points before choosing between products with similar names.

Account activation and the location of a VPN connection are different questions. A service's connection locations do not remove the activation restrictions attached to its licence. Confirm the purchase region, whether the offer is for a new account or a renewal, and how the term begins. Follow the vendor's supplied redemption instructions and review your existing subscription before adding another code. A VPN is not a guarantee of anonymity or access to a particular streaming service; those outcomes should not be assumed from the product name.

Delivery is digital. After payment, an email link takes you to the protected order page, where the key can be revealed when fulfilment is complete; the key is not sent in plaintext email. Read the selected product's availability and delivery information before paying. Keep the order reference and follow the supplied activation instructions for your chosen variant.

The store's refund policy allows a full refund within 14 days of purchase while a key remains unrevealed. Revealing it ends the change-of-mind withdrawal right described in that policy. Defective keys are handled separately: contact support with the order number and activation error for assistance or a replacement; if a working key cannot be provided, the policy provides a full refund.
