Step 1: Redeem the Key and Bind to Your Microsoft Account
Go to: setup.office.com
Sign in with your Microsoft account — or create a new one if you don't have one
Enter your product key when prompted and click Next
The key will be permanently linked to this Microsoft account — this cannot be undone
Step 2: Download and Install Excel 2024
After redeeming the key, go to Services & Subscriptions in your Microsoft account
Find Microsoft Excel 2024 and click Install
The installer will download and install Excel automatically

Once downloaded, right-click the .img file and select Mount
Open the mounted drive in File Explorer → open the Office folder → run setup64.exe
Follow the on-screen installation instructions
Step 3: Activate
After installation, launch Microsoft Excel 2024
Sign in with the same Microsoft account you used in Step 1
Excel will activate automatically
Step 4: Done
Microsoft Excel 2024 is fully installed and activated
