14-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the licence has not been activated or redeemed. An unused, unactivated key can be cancelled and refunded in full, no fuss.
Why activation matters
A licence key is digital content. Once a key has been activated or redeemed with the software publisher, it is consumed and cannot be resold or reused, so at that point the key is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind refund. This mirrors the EU rules on digital content: by starting activation you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the key has been used.
If a key does not work
This is different from changing your mind, and it is always covered. If a key fails to activate through no fault of your own — a wrong key, a version mismatch, or an activation limit — contact us and we will help you activate it or issue a working replacement. If we cannot get you a working key, we refund you in full, even if the 14 days have passed.
How to request a refund
Open a case at our support centre with your order number and, if the key did not work, the error you saw. We answer quickly and will confirm the outcome by email. There is no need to phone or navigate a queue.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund we process it promptly; depending on your bank or payment provider it can take a few business days to appear on your statement. Any VAT charged is refunded together with the price.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside — and does not limit — the consumer-protection rights you have under EU law and the law of your country of residence. Business purchases are governed by our Terms of Service.
