Terms of Service

Last updated 10 July 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Kiaveo at kiaveo.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Kiaveo is operated by meeco Servicios Globales S.L., VAT ESB42774703, with registered office at Avenida de Cataluña 16, 03540 Alicante, Spain and registered as Registro Mercantil de Alicante, CIF B-42774703 (the "Company", "we", "us"). We sell genuine software licences to consumers and businesses across the European Union and beyond. Full operator details appear in our Legal Notice.

2. The licences we sell

We supply genuine, EU-sourced software licences. Each licence is an original product key or activation credential that you activate directly with the software publisher. Unless a product page states otherwise, a licence is single-seat and intended for one installation. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, nor an agent of, the publishers whose products we distribute; all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and, where displayed in another currency, are converted for guidance only; the euro price is the price of record. A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if the product becomes unavailable, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Invoicing and VAT

Every order is invoiced properly. For EU business customers who provide a valid VAT identification number, we apply the reverse-charge mechanism where the applicable rules are met; otherwise VAT is charged at the rate of the country of supply. A compliant invoice is issued for each order and is available in your account and by email.

5. Delivery

Licences are delivered digitally. In the overwhelming majority of cases delivery is instant: after payment your order confirmation email links to your secure order page, where each key waits behind a "Reveal key" button; your invoice and any installation guide are available there too. For your security we do not send key codes in plain text by email. If a payment requires manual review, delivery follows as soon as the payment clears. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address at checkout.

6. Your right to cancel and refunds

Keys you have not revealed are refundable for 14 days. At checkout you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, in line with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your statutory right of withdrawal for an item ends when you reveal its key; the time of each reveal is recorded. Defective keys are always made right — repaired, replaced or refunded — regardless of reveal. Full details, and how to make a request, are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the store and the licences you buy lawfully and in line with the software publisher's own terms. You may not resell, sub-license or redistribute keys obtained for personal use, attempt to defraud the store, or interfere with its security or availability. Approved resellers are governed by a separate partner agreement available through the partner programme.

8. Support and warranty

If a key fails to activate through no fault of your own, contact us and we will help you activate it or reissue a working key. Genuine, working delivery is what we stand behind; we do not warrant that any software will meet a particular requirement or run on a specific configuration, and system requirements are the publisher's.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Alicante have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
